With “Dream and Everyday Life”, the inclusive ensemble Theater Bastet presents a new production at the Theaterhaus Jena. The performance combines theater, music, and dance into a shared stage experience and takes place in the rehearsal studio of the theater house.
At the center is the connection of different artistic expressions. Acting, musical elements, and movement meet in this production, shaping the evening as an interdisciplinary performance. The ensemble Theater Bastet invites everyone to experience the new work live on stage.
A new production from Theater Bastet
The inclusive ensemble stands for a theatrical work where different perspectives and expressions come together. “Dream and Everyday Life” continues this work in a new production. The title contrasts two terms that allow for different interpretations both in everyday life and on stage. The specific stories, images, or musical moments that the ensemble develops from this can be discovered during the performance at the Theaterhaus Jena.
The event is aimed at everyone interested in contemporary theater as well as the connection of music and dance. The combination of the three genres creates a varied format that is not limited to a single stage form.
