Exhibition "Eduard Rosenthal – 12 Perspectives on His Life"

An exhibition about the life and work of Eduard Rosenthal at the EAB On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Eduard Rosenthal's death, a festive symposium will take place on September 18, 2026, for which Constanze Mann, Dietmar Ebert, and Peter Mühlfriedel have created a traveling exhibition titled "Eduard Rosenthal – 12 Perspectives" on his life. It consists of 12 roll-ups, highlighting the different facets of Eduard Rosenthal's life and work. He was also one of the co-founders of the historical reading hall association and served as its chairman from 1899 until his death in 1926. The Ernst-Abbe-Library and the Neue Lesehallenverein e.V. cordially invite you to the exhibition opening on Tuesday, September 22, at 7:30 PM. The exhibition will then be on view for three weeks during the opening hours of the Ernst-Abbe-Library.
